“TEW has been a huge segment of my growing journey, as well as an integral part of community connection in my life.

I have been attending the Wednesday night Kundalini Yoga class for over six years.  The physical, spiritual and energetic aspects of the class have enriched my life beyond words.  I have met so many incredible people throughout the years and it’s one of the most favorite things I do for myself each week.  Jackie’s thorough explanations of the class as well as the energy explanations help elevate the experience.  And now with new teachers stepping up, the experience has taken on a new perspective.

I was invited to a Kundalini meditation session at The Energy Within, not really knowing anything about the practice, but I immediately felt a connection to it. “I am so very grateful I found The Energy Within! 

First of all, the space is welcoming and it feels like coming home whenever I enter.  The shop is always being updated and changed and I can always find what I'm looking for, or what's looking for me. The bonus about TEW, is all of the classes and practitioner offerings that are available.  I have enjoyed a variety of classes as well as appointments with different practitioners on Showcase Saturdays. 

Most importantly, I have really enjoyed the breathwork classes, the Gong Baths, and the weekly Kundalini Meditation offerings. In addition to the regular activities on the calendar, there are always new things to try.  I have noticed a wonderful change in my mental and physical well being through attending the weekly meditations.

I feel more grounded, prepared, and loved after those sessions and most importantly, I feel connected. Being able to attend classes at least once a week, if not more, brings me great joy.  Stop in and shop, enjoy a cup of tea while you browse, or try a class-you can't help but feel supported when you leave and the energy within, will want to go back.
