Class Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your class through the "Change/Cancel" button in your confirmation email or by calling the shop and speaking to a team member. We are happy to support schedule changes with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation Policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: Full refund or class voucher.

• No Show: No refund or voucher.

• Short Notice: Subject to teacher's approval for a class voucher. No refund or voucher if the class is sold out.

We understand that last-minute cancellations sometimes can’t be avoided, and we strive to have compassion while maintaining a clear policy.
